Country Pie

Ingredients

  • Minced pork — 400 g
  • Potatoes — 3 pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper — 3 pieces
  • red onion — 1 Pieces
  • Tomatoes — 1 pc
  • Butter — 80 g
  • Wheat flour — 150 g
  • Cheese — 60 g
  • Oregano — 1 tbsp.

  • Description

    Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water.

    Onions cut into half rings, peppers and tomatoes circles. Minced fry in a pan with the oregano.
