Classic Pilaf

Ingredients

  • Pork — 0.6 kg
  • Long grain rice — 500 g
  • Carrots — 1 pc
  • Onions — 1 pc
  • Garlic — 7 cloves
  • Seasoning — 1 tbsp.
  • Salt — 1 tsp.
  • Pepper — 0.4 tsp.

  • Description

    To create such complex dishes, such as a real pilaf can be easy and fun, if you select the correct utensils. We decided to personally verify this by preparing dishes for Madera brand Polaris, which is quite able to replace the kitchen kettle. We offer a detailed recipe for this delicious dish.

    How to prepare:

    1. Vegetables should be cleaned and chopped, minced meat. First fried pork, the last — vegetables (onions, carrots). Within 10 minutes, the mixture need to cook, stirring constantly, then shift into the pan.

    In this recipe, fried in the pan base and only then shifted to the main dish, which is cooked pilaf.

    2. Next, add the spices, pre-soaked rice and water, cover and cook for about half an hour on low heat.

    3. After the rice reached readiness leave pilaf in dry warm place. Before serving food in the pan must be thoroughly mixed.
