  • Pickles — 100g
  • dill — 1 bunch
  • parsley — 1 bunch
  • salt — 15 g
  • Pepper — 7 g
  • Refined vegetable oil — 60 g

    What could be more delicious baked potatoes in the oven? This dish is not only delicious, but also useful, because in such a treatment in potato preserves most useful trace elements. And if a baked potato season herring sauce, then your loved ones exactly will be delighted and appreciate your culinary efforts.

    How to prepare:

    6 large potatoes thoroughly wash and brush. Then pierce each potato in several places with a toothpick, brush with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and wrap in foil.

    Heat oven to 220 degrees. On a baking sheet lay out the potatoes and bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes.

    While the potatoes are ready, you can make a herring sauce. Herring fillet cut into small cubes. Gherkins, onions, garlic and finely chop. Finely chopped greens. Ingredients pour into a deep bowl, cover with sour cream and mix thoroughly. The sauce can be briefly put in the refrigerator.

    Check the readiness of potatoes. For this purpose it can be pierced with a toothpick or a knife. Then decompose portions potato, remove the foil and make an incision along. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Top pour cooled sauce and serve.

    The dish itself is very satisfying, but it is possible to apply, for example, pickled vegetables, sauerkraut or canned mushrooms.
