    It is difficult to imagine Christmas dinner in France without a traditional delicacy — sweet logs consisting of cream and dough. If you want to surprise loved ones with his culinary masterpieces, then try to cook this original dessert that is sure to become a decoration New Year’s table.

    How to prepare:

    First, you need to cook the dough. Melt chocolate in a water bath.

    In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar until the state of foam, then gently add to the first mixture. Next, beat the cream with crushed hazelnuts and also to add to the first mixture. Stir until creamy.

    Then, to get the cooled cake, neatly cut into three parts and lubricate the two lower layers get the cream. Next, put the cakes on each other.

    In a saucepan melt the chocolate, add the milk, cream, sugar syrup, mix well, remove from heat and cool.
