Mimosa salad

I present to you one of the many options for preparing this salad. Every housewife makes this salad — its who — then add shrimp instead of fish, someone — that adds or replaces the potatoes boiled canned fish. I offer you the classic version, salad turns tender, tasty and quite easy.


Ingredients

  • Egg chicken — 5
  • Canned fish (saury, salmon) — 1 bank
  • Carrots — 1
  • Bulb — 1
  • Cheese — 150 g
  • Apple — 2
  • Homemade mayonnaise
  • Note

  • 1. From canned fish draining, mash the fish with a fork, and clearing it from the bones.
  • 2. Finely chop (on — request, it can be put in boiling water for 10 minutes, to the bitterness left). Boil hard boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and grate.
  • 3. Carrots boil, cleanse and rub on a coarse grater. Dill wash and dry. Cheese rub on a small grater.
