Honey fritters

These gentle, lush and fragrant pancakes for breakfast will give you a lot of pleasant sensations and leave a good mood for the whole day. And with sour cream or honey — it’s all delicious:)

Ingredients

Flour — 1 5 — 2 tbsp.

Baking Powder — 10 g

honey — 2 tablespoons

chicken egg — 1

Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoons

Milk — 300 ml

Note

1. 1, 5, Art. flour, salt and baking powder sieved. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid honey (if you candied, then melt it in a water bath), milk, eggs and vegetable oil.

2. Now milk — pour honey mixture to the flour and whisk whisk or electric mixer until smooth without lumps. The dough should be thick, if necessary, add more flour.

3. If you want, you can add a little sugar or cinnamon, I added 2 teaspoons of sugar. In a frying pan warm up the oil, pour one tablespoon of dough and fry until golden brown pancakes.
