Dumplings with meat

This is my first time in his life made dumplings and was not sure what I will, but the dumplings were very tasty and not fall apart during cooking. In general — what they do is not difficult, just need time.


Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour — 600 g
  • Cold water — 1 cup

  • Salt — a pinch
  • Filling:
  • Pork mince — 250 g
  • Ground Beef — 250 g
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Bulb — 2
  • Salt and pepper — to taste
  • Note

For this purpose the onions and garlic should be clear and very finely chopped. Mix pork and ground beef, add onion and garlic, and salt and pepper. The whole was stirred until homogeneous.
  • 4. The finished dough is divided into 4 parts, 3 of them cover with a towel. The dough, which we postponed, rolled into the wiring 2 cm thick. Then cut it into pieces of a width of 1, 5 cm. Each piece of dough is rolled into a thin cake. We spread in the center of each cake to 1, 5 teaspoons of the filling, then add up the circle in half and zascheplyaem edge. Connecting the ends of ravioli, holds them together and pressed his fingers to the ends stuck together. We spread the dumplings on a tray sprinkled with flour and put in the fridge while we sculpt the remaining dumplings. Dumplings should immediately freeze or boil. In order to be frozen should be put dumplings in a single layer on a tray to put it in the freezer and only when freeze dumplings, they can be shifted into packets.
