Potatoes with curd cream

The recipe for potato from Anastasia Skripkina for those who are tired of the usual boiled potatoes. Potatoes can be baked in the oven in foil, then cover curd cream and cottage cheese instead of cheese or use a regular cheese, you get a very tasty, too.


Ingredients

  • Potatoes — 1 kg
  • Cheese (5 — 9%) — 200 g
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • Sour cream — 3 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Potatoes boil until tender in salted water. Cottage cheese to put in a blender, add sour cream, salt and pepper and whisk until smooth. If you want to get a thicker cream, add a little sour cream, if you like a more liquid — a couple of spoonfuls of more than specified in the recipe. Greens finely crumble, add to the blender and whisk again. Garlic is passed through chesnokodavilku directly into the mixture and stir.
  • 2. Hot potatoes cut into 2 parts. The thick cream spread on each half, and pour the liquid just potatoes.
