Chicken in wine marinade

The chicken cooked in this recipe gives a very spicy, juicy and aromatic with a slight tartness. In this way, it may be separately prepared ham or wings. I put the chicken in the marinade and leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. When roasting a chicken marinade watered constantly, in the end it turned out very juicy, even the breast.


Ingredients

  • Chicken — 1
  • The balsamic or white vinegar — 3 tablespoons
  • White wine — 300ml
  • Sage, cumin, black pepper, salt, rosemary, bay leaves — to taste
  • Note
