Chocolate - honey cake

Very delicate cake, simply melts in your mouth, if you do not keep in the refrigerator for a long time. And the next day it becomes like a pudding, it is also very tasty. Bitter chocolate and honey complement each other.


Ingredients

  • Dough:

  • The butter (room temperature) — 200 g
  • Flour — 200 g
  • Egg chicken — 3
  • Soda (hydrated) — 1 teaspoons
  • Cocoa — 1 tablespoons
  • Chocolate — 100 g
  • Honey — 100ml
  • Hot water — 200 ml
  • Glaze:
  • Chocolate — 200 g
  • Honey — 70 ml
  • Water — 50 ml
  • Note

  • 1. Oil room temperature whisk with sugar. Add the egg and continue beating and immediately add 1 tbsp. l. flour. Then add the remaining eggs and stir well.
  • 2. to send the flour, baking soda and cocoa.
  • 3. melt the milk chocolate in a water bath and add, along with honey and warm water in a prepared mixture. Well-stirred, the dough should be liquid.
  • 4. Pour it into the form, greased with butter, and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. To prepare the glaze, mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a homogeneous mass. To this it will take 5 minutes. Ready hot cakes gently pull out from the mold and pour glaze. Few give to cool and set in the refrigerator for 2 — 3 hours. Bon Appetit!
