Cake - ice cream with marshmallow and berries

The recipe for this cake I invented just during cooking. The result exceeded all my expectations! The cake will taste even better and more useful if you use homemade vanilla ice cream.


Ingredients

  • Biscuits — 200 g
  • The butter (room temperature) — 50 g
  • Vanilla ice cream — 500 g
  • Zephyr — 2
  • Berry (I have black currant and cranberries) — 2 handfuls
  • Note

  • 1. Cookies grind into crumbs in a blender, mix with soft butter butter and mix thoroughly. We spread the cookies on the bottom of the form, the laid cling film, and uniformly distribute.
  • 2. We send in the freezer 20 minutes At this time, marshmallows cut into medium cubes and gently mix with ice cream and a handful of berries.
  • 3. Thoroughly mix and spread on the basis of the cookies. We send in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then grind the remaining berries in a blender (if necessary, add a little sugar). Spread the puree on a cake — ice cream, flatten and send back in the freezer to complete freezing (7 — 8 hours). Before serving the cake to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Cut the cake conveniently knife dipped in hot water.
