1. The oven pre-heated to 180 degrees. Flour is sieved and mixed together with cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar in the air foam, add the softened butter at room temperature and stir again. Lemon zest, mix well with a whisk milk and honey. Pour honey mixture into the egg, stir, then pour it in a thin stream into the flour mixture.
