Coffee Roll «Harlequin»

Coffee Roll

Beautiful delicate, airy loaf with a mild coffee flavor. I advise you to try:).


Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Egg chicken — 6
  • Flour — 1 cup
  • Sugar — 1 cup
  • The starch — 1 teaspoon
  • Cream:
  • Cream (33%) — 250 g

  • Gelatin — 2 teaspoons

  • Note
