Marshmallow

I advise you not to experiment with this recipe, such as not beating the specified time, because it may not succeed. We need of course a lot of patience to be a mixer for 10 minutes without a break, but believe me, you get delicious! The marshmallows can add syrup or dye, but a little.


Ingredients

  • sugar — 1 kg
  • Gelatin — 25 g
  • soda — 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 tea spoons
  • Citric acid — 1 tablespoons
  • Note

  • 1. Sugar pour 200 ml of cold boiled water for 2 hours.
  • 2. During the 15 minutes before the pass for 2 hours, soaked gelatine in 20 ml of hot water in the glass, which is put in a bowl with boiling water. Stirring occasionally, bring to a complete dissolution. Now, put the sugar on medium heat and boil with constant stirring, 8 minutes. After that, remove the sugar from the heat, add the gelatin in it and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Whisk Getting better at low speed — Ones. Then add citric acid, stir for 5 minutes. Finally, add the vanilla sugar with soda and stir for 5 minutes.
