I am a little afraid to cook soups, for me it seemed ponderous work, but then I changed my mind soup. It has a rich and pleasant taste, preparing easy.
Ingredients
Pork — 500 g
Sauerkraut — 200 g
Beans — 200 g
carrot — 150 g
Potatoes — 800 g
onion — 150 g
Tomato paste — 4 tablespoons
bay leaf
salt, pepper and any spices — to taste
Note
1. Beans fill with water 4 hours, preferably overnight. My meat, cut into medium-sized pieces and fill it with cold water. Cook for 1 hour, pouring water and pouring water 2 — 3 times. Then add the beans, salt and cook for 30 — 40 minutes (before you add the beans, pour 3 liters of clean cold water, if using canned beans. Then cook for 10 minutes). In the meantime, clean the potatoes and cut into cubes or cubes. After 40 minutes of cooking the beans, add the potatoes.
2. Then immediately add the cabbage and cook for all 10 minutes. Now you can add black pepper and spices, which you like. Onions finely crumble, carrots clean and rub on a coarse grater. In a heated pan with vegetable oil first gently fry the onions, then add the carrots and fry for 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and simmer 5 minutes over medium heat.
3. Onions and carrots add to soup and put the 2 — 3 bay leaves. Cook the soup until cooked potatoes.
