Apple pie by Anastasia Skripkina

A tender and juicy pie. I cook the pie in the evening to give the night to soak in the morning served with tea. For a night cream and cake freezes easily cut, and with frozen cream pie I like more. Ingredients

  • Apples — 1 kg
  • Butter — 200 g
  • Sugar — 200 g
  • Flour — 600 — 700 g

  • Baking powder — 2 teaspoons

  • Cream:
  • Sour cream (fat) — 500 g
  • Sugar — 200 g
  • vanilla — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Butter room temperature with sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy foam.
  • 2. Add the baking powder and flour in portions, preferably sifted through a sieve. Knead the soft, do not stick to the hands of the dough.
  • 3. Form blanketed with baking paper or grease with butter. We spread 2/3 of dough and flatten it in all forms. Apples clean and cut into slices, spread them on the dough.
  • 4. You can sprinkle with cinnamon apples. Of the remaining dough, make decorations for your taste, you can make these «pigtails» or simply stripes.
  • 5. To do this, just need a little roll flagellum, then flatten it and make incisions with a knife. Pigtails spread on the cake and send it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes — 40. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until dissolved pellets. Pour hot cream pie and let soak for about 1 hour. Cool it and can be served.
