  • 1. Prepare cake. To do this, we divide the egg whites from the yolks. Squirrels, beat with a pinch of salt to stable peaks, then add portions 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until white. In hot water dissolve the cocoa. Add the milk and mix it with proteins.
  • 2. In a separate bowl sift the flour with the starch. Mix together the flour, egg yolks and 1/3 protein mass. Gradually introduce the remainder of the protein. Melt the butter and mix with three tablespoons of dough. Then pour the mass in the basic dough and stir in a circular motion.
