Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 4 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 220 g flour
  • 100 g plums. Oil

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Cream:
  • 600 g fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 100 g plums. Oil

  • Note

  • 1. honey and butter to room temperature and whisk the egg with a mixer. Add the flour and stir. Soda, slaked vinegar, stir in yogurt, then add it to the main mix. Add the chopped walnuts and mix well.
  • 2. We spread half the dough in a greased with butter form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Likewise, the second half of the test bake. Ready-made cakes cool and cut each into 2 parts, eventually got 4 cakes (I have some reason — the cakes were very thin, so cut them failed). To prepare the cream condensed milk, butter and honey in a saucepan and put put on a slow fire. Stirring constantly bring to a boil, then cook for another 10 minutes until soft caramel mass. The resulting mass is thoroughly cool, then add the sour cream and mix gently with a spoon (I have added some walnuts in cream). Each cake coat with cream and add up the cake. For decoration you just need a little chop the walnuts in a mortar or a knife and sprinkle the cake. Send it in the refrigerator for 6 hours impregnation, preferably overnight.
