Ingredients

  • Spinach (leaves) — 8 leaves
  • mutton (minced) — 100 g
  • Coconut milk — 100 ml
  • Sauce (Tomato) — 100ml
  • frozen green peas — 1 tbsp.
  • Curry (powder) — 1/2 tsp.
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Coriander (chopped) — 2 tbsp.
  • flakes almonds (roasted) — 2 tbsp.
  • chives — 8 sprigs
  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
  • salt

  • Description

    Onion peel and chop. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet with non-stick coating and fry the onion. Pour the curry, stir for 1 minute, then add the lamb and green peas. Salt and pepper.
