Soda (hydrated) — 1 teaspoon

Herring — 400 g

Note

1. To prepare the pancakes, beat eggs with sugar and salt, add the milk and whisk whisk or electric mixer. Then gradually add the flour and baking soda, while continuing to whisk. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil and pour 1 ladle of dough. Thus we prepare all the pancakes.

2. When the pancakes bake, prepare the stuffing. For this herring fillets cut into small cubes, onion and finely crumble. Mix the onions with herring and dressed with vegetable oil. Then, on the edge of each pancake spread a little stuffing and roll wrap. Pancakes can be cut in half.
