Julienne with chicken, mushrooms, ham and olives

Julienne with chicken, mushrooms, ham and olives

Ingredients

  • Chicken — 700 g
  • mushrooms — 300 g
  • Cheese — 100 g
  • Bulb — 2
  • Sour cream — 300 g
  • Bank of pitted black olives — 1
  • Smoked ham — 1
  • Salt and pepper — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Chicken boil in salted water until tender. The ham or bacon cut into cubes, olives and cut into 2 halves. Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, I shall purify and cut into cubes or thin plates. In vegetable oil fry the onion until golden brown, then add the mushrooms.
  • 2. Slightly fry, add the finely chopped chicken fillet, ham and 1 cup of chicken broth.

We send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes, then spread the top and sprinkle with cheese and olives. We send in the oven for another 5 — 7 minutes and serve. Or you can put olives on top of feeding cheese.
