Eggs stuffed with sprats and cheese

Quick, delicious and light snacks will rescue you if you suddenly descended on the guests. Preparing it is just 5 — 6 minutes + time for boiling eggs. My whole family was delighted. Cheese is rich in calcium, phosphorus fish and egg protein, carotene and so this snack particularly useful for children.


Ingredients

  • Egg chicken — 10
  • Sprat — 150 g
  • Cheese — 100 g
  • Salt and pepper — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. boil hard boiled eggs, cleaned, cut lengthwise. We take out the yolks and mash them with a fork. With sprats draining, remove tails and mash with a fork. Rubbed on a medium grater cheese and mix with egg yolks and sprats. Dill finely crumble and add to stuffing. Salt and pepper, if you seem dryish stuffing, you can add a little olive oil.
  • 2. Farshiruem stuffed squirrels and spread on a dish. Garnish with a snack better than — the crispy and juicy, like pickled carrots, celery or cucumber.
