Rice soup with meatballs

This easy to prepare, delicious and aromatic soup I found on an Italian website. The soup has a very pleasant combination of taste and aroma. Tomatoes give acidity and oriental spices oregano, basil and nutmeg soup made particularly tasty and unusual.

Ingredients

Beef (or minced) — 400 g

Bulb — 2

Garlic — 4 cloves

Basil — 6 leaves

Tomatoes — 2

chicken egg — 1

nutmeg — to taste

Oregano — 1 teaspoons

Olive oil — 40 g

Rice — 100 g

Flour — 1 tablespoons

Salt and pepper — to taste

Note

1. To begin, rinse and soak the rice. Meat mince together with onion and three cloves of garlic. In the beef add the grated nutmeg, oregano, egg, salt and 1 tablespoons of flour. Stuffing mix well and form small balls.

2. Next, fry in olive oil, chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped tomatoes and chopped basil leaves, simmer for 5 minutes.

3. In a saucepan, pour 2 liters of water, salt and bring to a boil. In boiling water for one little thing carefully omit meatballs. Stir and boil for 2 minutes, then add soaked rice. Cook 5 minutes, then add the tomato dressing. Cook all together for 5 minutes, then turn off the fire, cover with a lid and leave to infuse the soup for 10 minutes.
