Cheesecake with cream cheese from Julia Vysotsky

These cheesecakes Julia Vysotsky preparing a green cabbage, and I made a tea. Now I know that they are perfectly suited to many soups, because by themselves they are delicious, and the soup is generally yummy!

Ingredients

  • Flour — 100 g

  • Cheese — 300 g

  • A handful of raisins
  • The sugar — 2 tablespoons
  • Brandy — 50 ml
  • Salt — a pinch of
  • vanilla — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Butter cut into cubes, mix with flour and mash. Add the egg, sugar and salt and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more. We roll down the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. For the filling of raisins soaked in brandy for 40 minutes. Curd carefully rub with egg, sugar, vanilla and salt, it is better to make a blender. Add the raisins (do not add the brandy) and mix.
  • 2. roll out dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut a round shape or a glass of circles in diameter of 8 — 10 cm. Pinch edges cheesecakes, as shown in the photo, and place each in 1 tablespoons of the filling. Send the cheesecake in the oven, grease dough egg yolk with a little water and bake 30 — 40 minutes at 180 degrees. If you like cheesecake, you sochniki with cheese, too, it is sure to please you :).
