Carrot burgers

I’m not fond of carrots, but when I first tried the burgers, I realized that it is very tasty. Crisp and delicate mashed inside do not look like carrots, which all used to. Perhaps this is the only meal of carrots, which I loved :). If you use it as a dietary meal, then use milk instead of cream and fry patties on a dry frying pan and cook them for a couple. Ingredients

  • carrots — 1 kg
