Cabbage pie

Many thanks to Mary and now are preparing the house for such a wonderful cake. I love cabbage pies, but in the past it was not possible to prepare them, so this is my first experience, and very good. The cake turned out very juicy, delicious and satisfying, and the crust is golden and cheese apple pie gives unusual.

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • chicken egg — 1
  • Cheese — 100 g
  • Flour — 150 g
  • Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Soda — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • salt — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Filling:
  • Head of cabbage — 600 g
  • The Egg — 2
  • Sour cream — 250 g
  • Cheese — 250 g
  • Bulb — 1
  • Apple — 1
  • herbs, salt — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. sift flour with salt and baking soda. Mix the egg with cheese and vegetable oil. Gradually add flour, knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and send in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cabbage and onion finely chopped, we shift to the skillet, salt, pepper, add a little water and a piece of butter and simmer 20 minutes. Greens finely crumble and add to the cabbage.
  • 2. alter cabbage and give cool. Apple peeled, rubbed on a coarse grater and add to the cabbage. Roll out the dough into a circle the size of the mold and spread it there, forming ledges 2 — 3 cm.
  • 3. 2 eggs mixed with sour cream and add to the cabbage filling.
  • 4. Add salt to taste. We spread the filling on the dough, cheese rub on a coarse grater and sprinkle it the top of the cake. Send the form in a preheated 175 degrees oven for 30 — 40 minutes. Ready cake cool slightly, then it can be cut and serve.
