Strawberry cake with cream cheese

The fragrant strawberries goes well with chocolate batter and sweet curd. If you like a lot of toppings, then take 500 grams of cottage cheese, then get a little more cake.

  • Strawberry — 400 g

  • Water — 5 tablespoons
  • Gelatin — 5 g
  • Note

  • 1. Butter mixed with sugar, yogurt and egg yolks, mix well. Then gradually add flour and cocoa, while continuing to stir.   • 2. To make the filling, mix cheese with sugar, semolina and vanilla sugar. Egg whites in a separate bowl, beat with a pinch of salt in a solid foam and gently mixed into cottage cheese.
