Tomato soup with meatballs

This is a wonderful recipe to share with us the girl Anya from Talin. I have a lot of dishes prepared by its recipes, and they never let me down, so today I was again left ecstatic. The soup is very tasty, full-bodied, with fragrant meatballs, smooth texture and a little tomato acidity. Its only downside is that — that it is not enough:)

Ingredients

Tomatoes in own juice — 800 ml

Bulb — 2

Stuffing (pork + beef) — 300 g

Breadcrumbs — 2 tablespoons

chicken egg — 1

Italian herbs — 1 tablespoons

Bouillon (meat) — 250 ml

Extra virgin olive oil — 2 tablespoons

Garlic — 2 cloves

Cheese — 50 g

half baguette

Balsamic vinegar — 1 — 2 tablespoons

Basil — beam

Note

1. Chop onion into small cubes. Half an onion, mix with minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and Italian herbs.

2. Salt, pepper and form small balls of minced meat. In a saucepan, warm up 1 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the meatballs on it. Fry on both sides for 5 minutes and removed from the pan. Finely chop the garlic and onion with the remaining pripuskayut 1 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, where fried meatballs. Add the broth and tomatoes with juice.

3. We bring mixture to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes, warmed. Cheese rub on a coarse grater, a loaf of ciabatta or cut into thin slices. Sprinkle them with grated cheese and spread on a baking sheet.

4. We send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. We shift the soup in a blender and grind. Salt, pepper, add a pinch of sugar and balsamic vinegar. Put the meatballs in the soup and chopped basil. Serve the soup with sour cream and croutons.
