American apple pie with cheese

The recipe of this pie, I borrowed from a girl from Estonia, Ani, the recipes I have cooked pancake cake with apples, tomato soup with meatballs, salad with arugula, beans and mustard — cream sauce, cake with berries and a cap — meringue Cherry cake with coconut frosting, cake — tiramisu with orange, cake with apples and raspberries. Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour — 500 g
  • Gouda cheese — 200 g

  • Filling:
  • Apples — 5
  • lemon juice — 1 tablespoons
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • The milk — 2 tablespoons
  • Starch — 3 tablespoons
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the dough rub cheese on a grater and mix with sifted flour and salt. Butter cut into cubes, add to the flour and knead the dough. Add 3 tablespoons of water, and if necessary, add more to happen does not stick to hands, stiff dough. Form a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and send in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
