This dish is prepared very simply and get a hearty congratulation. The finished meat is very tender and flavorful.
Ingredients
Chicken — 1 kg
Prunes — 150g
Potatoes — 6
Garlic — 4 cloves
Dry white wine — 4 tablespoons
Coriander — to taste
Oregano — to taste
Pepper — to taste
Salt — to taste
Note
1. Garlic is forced through a press and rub together with coriander oregano, salt and pepper.
2. Add the white wine, rub this mixture of chicken, cut into pieces and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Potatoes purify and cut into 4 pieces, pour boiling water over prunes, leave for 20 — 30 minutes and wash. Spread on a baking sheet with foil the laid pieces of chicken, potatoes, prunes, and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 — 60 minutes. During baking, occasionally watering potatoes with olive oil.
