Creamy soup - mashed potatoes with mushrooms

A good man shared with me a camera, so I take my cooking again! :) This soup I cooked for 2 times because he liked my family. It has a slightly sweet flavor, delicate texture and stunning thick creamy — mushroom taste.


Ingredients

  • mushrooms — 600 g

  • Milk — 2 cups
  • Cream (33%) — 0. 5 cups
  • Flour — 1. 5 tablespoons
  • butter — 2 tablespoons

  • 1. mushrooms to clean, wash and cut into plates. Heat the butter and fry the mushrooms. 2 tablespoons mushrooms are deposited in a bowl and add the remaining chopped onions and garlic. Fry a few minutes, add the flour and fry for 1 minute.
  • 2. Constantly stir the mushroom mixture, otherwise it will burn quickly. In a saucepan we bring milk to boil, as — if desired, you can mix it with half a mushroom broth. Then add mushroom mixture and cook for 6 minutes on low heat. We grind the soup blender, pour back into the saucepan, add the cream, deferred mushrooms and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve the soup should be hot, on — request, adding a little more cream.
