Pizza - Omelet

Ingredients

  • Flour — 100 g

  • Tomatoes — 2
  • Bulb — 2
  • Cheese — 150 g
  • Provence herbs — 1 teaspoons
  • Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. The oven heats up to 200 degrees and put it to warm up a baking dish, greased with butter. In a frying pan warm up the oil and fry the minced meat. Finely chop the onion and add to the stuffing with paprika, salt, pepper and Provencal herbs, simmer 7 minutes.
  • 2. To prepare the omelet egg whisk, beat the milk, flour and mineral water. Salt, pepper, and pour into a baking dish. Send the form in the oven for 3 — 5 minutes to grab the dough. Grate cheese, tomatoes cut into slices. Put the tomatoes on the dough.
