Potato pancakes with mushroom sauce

Our family dearly loved pancakes. But sometimes it would be desirable as a favorite dish — to diversify. Today, I decided to file pancakes with mushroom cream sauce, it turned out very well. If you too love the pancakes, you can try pancakes with meat.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes — 1. 5 kg
  • Egg chicken — 3
  • The flour — 3 tablespoons
  • Mushrooms — 350 g
  • Sour cream — 300 g
  • onion — 1
  • Garlic — 3
  • Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste

  • 1. Potatoes Grate or shred using a food processor. Add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and fry pancakes on a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Mushrooms, cleaned, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Onions cut into medium-sized cubes and add to the mushrooms, fry 2 minutes.
  • 2. Add the sour cream, chopped garlic and chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Give mushroom sauce stand for 15 minutes When serving pour sauce pancakes and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
