Pumpkin Pie Italian

Specialist pumpkin we Anya, so it is not difficult to guess that this recipe it again :) The cake was very soft, like a souffle with a variety of aromas and flavors. Ingredients

  • The flesh of pumpkin — 450 g
  • Almonds (chopped) — 50 g
  • Lemon candied fruit — 50 g
  • Butter oil — 150 g
  • Sugar — 50 — 100 g
  • Flour — 75 g
  • Egg Chicken — 2
  • raisins, soaked in grappa — 50 g

  • Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Note

  • 1. Pumpkin cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the pumpkin and warm up in the heat for 10 — 15 minutes until tender. Then we give the pumpkin to cool slightly and shred blender with a pinch of salt.
  • 2. Add the pumpkin puree for the sugar, almonds, candied lemon peel and raisins.

Whisk egg yolks until white and add to the dough, then carefully shunt the beaten egg whites. The dough is poured into greased with butter form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour.
