Rice with seafood

Seafood very helpful and advised to eat about 2 times a week. This recipe is very simple and useful. I cook it on the holiday table as a side dish, increasing the dose by half, everyone really enjoyed it. True carrots sliced ??my husband was a little krupnovat :), but it did not change the taste of food.


Ingredients

  • Rice — 1 cup
  • Seafood — 200 g
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Bulb — 1
  • Carrots — 1
  • Sweet pepper — 1
  • Corn — 4 tablespoons
  • Dry white wine — 1 \ 4 cup
  • Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. boil in salted water until tender crisp rice. Onions and garlic are finely chopped. Carrots purify and cut into small strips. Bulgarian pepper cleaned from seeds and cut into cubes or strips. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil or olive oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the carrots and fry for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Then add bell pepper and corn, salt, pepper and stir, simmer for 3 — 5 minutes.
  • 3. Pour the wine and simmer until such time as the alcohol evaporates. Add the seafood, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Boiled rice gently mixed with the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
