  • Cream (33%) — 100 ml

  • Spread cottage cheese — 125 g

  • 1 . First, prepare the chocolate cream. For this purpose 2 g of gelatin soaked in cold boiled water. Heat the cream, add the chocolate broken into pieces and stir until completely dissolved.   • 2. Now prepare the chocolate dough. For this purpose the flour and baking powder sieved. Melt the butter in a water bath, add the chocolate and stir until completely melted. Allowed to cool at room temperature. Chilled, beat whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam, then gradually add sugar, continuing to whisk.
  • 3. Separate the 2/3 of the beaten egg whites in a bowl, sift flour 1/3 of them and gently stir with a spatula from top to bottom. Then pour on the edge of the bowl half butter with chocolate and then gently stir with a spatula. Again, add the dough separately 2/3 of the flour, then the remaining oil and the remaining flour, each time while stirring gently.
  • 4. At the end add the remaining whites and gently stir. We spread the dough on the laid paper baking tray and flatten it.
