Cottage cheese dumplings with banana, chocolate and coconut

dumplings — a flour or potato products, cooked in plenty of boiling water. Also, the national dish of dumplings are Czech, Slovak, Austrian and Bavarian cuisine. These dumplings in appearance resemble candy Raffaello and taste lazy dumplings with bananas and chocolate. We really liked the dumplings. They are a great excuse to feed the baby unloved cheese and pamper yourself at the same time simple, but useful and very tasty sweetness. Dumplings sure to serve with the sauce, I served with sour cream and it was very tasty:)

Ingredients

  • Cheese (soft) — 450 g
  • Banana — 1
  • Chocolate — 100 g
  • Coconut — 60 g
  • chicken egg — 1
  • Semolina — 160g
  • Salt — a pinch
  • The sugar — pinch
  • Flour — pinch
  • Note

  • 1. Egg whisk whisk and mix with cottage cheese. Pour semolina, a pinch of salt and a little sugar. Then gradually add the flour (it took me 2 tbsp. L.) And knead a soft dough as lazy dumplings.
  • 2. From the test rolls down the flagellum and cut it into equal parts.
  • 3. Banana cut into slices, break the chocolate into small pieces. Each piece of dough is rolled out on floured surface into a small circle in the center put a piece of banana and chocolate.
  • 4. The fastening edges of the dough, roll into a ball.
  • 5. Thus we form dumplings. In a saucepan, warm up the water, add to it a little salt and sugar. When the water boils, drop the dumplings into it one by one and cook in boiling water for 7 — 8 minutes. Then thrown back them in a colander and collapses in coconut flakes. Serve cheese dumplings can be topped with whipped cream or sour cream with sugar, chocolate or custard.
