Clafoutis with apples (flonyard)

Clafoutis — is one of the oldest French dessert, which is the basis of pancake batter of milk, flour and eggs. Clafoutis can be prepared with any fruit or berries, but Clafoutis with apples or pears called flonyardom. Today, I first tried Clafoutis terribly and I liked it. Bottom Clafoutis batter resembles a sweet pancake batter poseredinke gentle and air, and on top of soft pieces of apple and pear. This is a great option for a simple, but very tasty lunch or just dessert for tea.


Ingredients

  • Apples — 2 (I added a bit of raspberry)

  • Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons

  • Note

  • 2. In a saucepan, warm up the milk without boiling, and pour it in small portions in the batter, whisk.
  • 3. We reserve the dough for 30 minutes to infuse. My apples, peeled, cut into thin slices and put in a greased with butter and floured baking dish. Fill the test apples and send the form to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then lowers the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Ready pie cool to warm conditions and sprinkle with powdered sugar. On this same recipe I did klafutti with cherries, just add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, so the dessert turned lush and above.
