Cheesecake with ricotta and chocolate for Valentine's Day

Just one month will be Valentine’s Day and it is time to think, what to surprise and please sovyu mate in Valentine’s Day. This cheesecake is prepared without baking, but in the same way you can draw a cheesecake that you want to bake. On the palate, it resembles a gentle «Bird’s milk» chocolate and sour berries perfectly complement the sweet mild taste. All curd I would not fit into the mold, so I made from the remains of the mini — cheesecakes in the form of little hearts.

  • Ricotta — 500g
  • Cream (33%) — 300 ml
  • Chocolate — 100 g
  • Sour cream — 200 g
  • Milk — 150 ml
  • Sugar — 200 g

  • The flour — 2 tablespoons
  • Butter — 100 g
  • Gelatin — 25 g

  • 1. Cookies ground in a blender and mixed with 50 g of plums. oil and 1 tablespoons of milk. We spread the weight in the form of the laid cling film. Gelatine soaked in cold boiled water. Eggs triturated with sugar and flour.
  • 2. Add the cream and milk.

Let cool to room temperature and pour the chocolate cheesecake and decorate with berries.
