Apple - pecan pie in the yolks

This cake recipe I found at Oli Oldeg now preparing to home. After cooking walnut cake — meringue with custard I still have yolks that I froze and did not know where to attach. This recipe has long interested me and I decided to try. The cake turned out very tender and soft, I could not even remove it from the form (it was not detachable). For a diameter of 20 cm

Ingredients

  • Apples — 3
  • The egg yolk (or 3 eggs) — 6
  • Nuts — 100g
  • Powdered sugar — 75 g
  • The butter (room temperature) — 110 g
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 package
  • Brown sugar — 2 pinches
  • Flour — 50 g
  • Baking powder — 2 teaspoons
  • Note

  • 1. rub the butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • 2. Add the egg yolks, whisk.
  • 3. Apples cleanses, rub on a grater, add to the whipped butter with the sifted flour with baking powder. All thoroughly mixed, and we shift into a greased with butter form. Finely ground nuts and spread on the dough. If desired, sprinkle with nuts, two pinches of brown sugar. Send cake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 25 minutes. Ready cake Let cool and serve.
