Village rye bread

Today, I made my first bread. Previously, the thought of it scared me a bit, though I knew that the home fresh bread is a million times tastier purchased. Ingredients

  • Rye flour — 125 g

  • The butter (room temperature) — 5 g
  • salt — 10 g

  • Note

  • 1. Yeast breed in 40 ml of water, add sugar and stirred.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix the water with the remaining 150 grams of first grade flour 60g rye flour.
  • 3. Both the bowl cover with a towel and leave for half an hour. Then mix the two mixtures.
  • 4. Add the honey, salt, drain. oil, flour and Ostashov knead the dough. In the process of mixing necessary, add a little flour or water.
