Pie with sauerkraut and sausages

  • Dough:
  • Flour — 225 g
  • Water — 125 g
  • salt — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Sugar — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoons
  • The yeast (dry) — 5 g
  • Filling:
  • Carrots — 1
  • onion — 1
  • Sausages and hunting sausages — 4
  • Sour cream — 100 ml
  • Egg — 3
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) — 2 tablespoons
  • Sauerkraut — 500 g
  • Honey — 1 teaspoon
  • salt — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Fresh Yeast breed in warm water. Mix the flour, vegetable oil, water, salt, sugar and yeast. Knead the dough is smooth, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
  • 2. For the filling onion cut into cubes, carrots cleanse and rub on a coarse grater. In a frying pan warm up 1 — 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onion until transparent, add the carrots and simmer 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add the cabbage (shred with a knife, if needed), sprinkle with salt, sugar and simmer for 3 — 5 minutes.
  • 4. Let cool toppings. Grease a baking dish with butter, roll out the dough into a reservoir and spread into a mold forming bumpers. We spread the stuffing, sausages, cut into two parts, and the length and spread on top of cake. Whisk eggs with cream and honey, add the grated cheese, salt and pepper and fill the pie. We send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 — 25 minutes.
