Lenten cake with strawberries

Despite the fact that the cake is not very photogenic, he insanely juicy, delicious and summer, a strawberry bomb :) cooking this cake can be with different berries and preferably not in a releasable form as the strawberry cirop all spilled, and he very tasty! Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour — 250 g
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • Baking powder — 1 5 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil — 4 tablespoons
  • Cold water — 7 tablespoons

  • Filling:
  • Strawberry — 600 g
  • Brown sugar — 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 tablespoons
  • Starch — 2 tablespoons

  • 1. To prepare the dough the flour is sieved and mixed with salt, baking powder and sugar. Pour vegetable oil, water, and thoroughly mixed, knead the dough.
  • 2. If necessary, add more water. We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then divide the dough into two parts so that one was a little more than a second. Most of the dough is rolled into the layer on floured surface. Using a rolling pin transfer the dough into shape and form bumpers.
