Apple souffle

I want to share with you a recipe for a very airy and delicate apple souffle. Recipe found Alena empanadilla now preparing to home. It can doavlyat souffle cakes or serve in any toppings and syrups. I liked it, and in its pure form. This recipe is ideal for those who have a good crop of apples, and who are already tired of pure :). It is possible to make a souffle in a large amount, as it flies just instantly! Can be served in ice-cream bowls and pour in great shape, and then cut into small pieces.


Ingredients

  • apples — 600 g
  • Gelatin — 20 g
  • Sugar — 150 g
  • Apple juice — 150 ml + 4 tablespoons
  • Water — 100 ml
  • Soda — 1 \ 4 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • vanilla — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Apples peeled and seeds and cut into cubes. We shift the apples in a saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of apple juice and simmer, covered over low heat until tender, cool.
  • 2. The gelatin soaked in 150 ml of juice and leave to swell. Mix in a saucepan the sugar, water and vanilla and stirring occasionally, cook over low heat syrup, cool. Dissolve the soaked gelatine over medium heat until dissolved. Let cool slightly. Cooled apples ground in a blender to puree.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar syrup begin by pouring a thin stream of gelatin. We beat a lot of 5 minutes, then add citric acid diluted in 0, 5 teaspoons of water, stir for 2 minutes.
