The color of the jam depends on the color of plums that you use, if you take the blue — the jam is rich chestnut color, if you take the yellow, the jam will turn amber, and if you take the red, like me, the color of the jam will be the same as in the photo, orange — brown :). The ingredients I took 3 times longer than indicated in the recipe, but vanilla pod, I only use one. In the finished jam vanilla I felt very clearly, so good that I took only 1 pod.
