Arugula salad, tomatoes and feta cheese with pine nuts

Today I want to share with you madly tasty, healthy, nutritious and light salad. Recipe found Olya oldeg now preparing to home. If you are on a diet, the crackers can be fried in a dry frying pan. Ingredients

  • Arugula — 60 g
  • Pine nuts — 2 tablespoons
  • feta or cheese — 100 g
  • Tomatoes — 3
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • onion — 1
  • Balsamic vinegar — 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced ??loaf — 2
  • salt — to taste
  • The sugar — 1 pinch
  • Olive Oil
  • Note

  • 1. Tomatoes sliced, pine nuts fry in a dry frying pan. Cut into small cubes of feta and arugula and my obsushivayut.
  • 2. In a frying pan warm up 1 tablespoons olive oil, add the chopped garlic and the diced bread. Fry until golden brown. Finely chop the onion and put it in a bowl. Add the vinegar to the onions, 2 tablespoons water, 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and mix thoroughly.
  • 3. In the bowl lay arugula, croutons, tomatoes and feta, pour dressing and sprinkle with nuts. Bon Appetit!
