Cranberry - cheesecake

If you love cakes light utility, you do not want to bake in the oven, then this recipe is for you. My family still can not recover from a cold, so in addition to cranberry juice, I decided to cook cranberry pie recipe for Anya. The cake is very light, tender, tasty and healthy. Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookies — 300 g
  • Cranberry — 200 g
  • Butter — 70 g
  • Spread cottage cheese — 400 g
  • Cream (33%) — 200 ml
  • Sugar — 150 g
  • Cranberry juice — 100 ml
  • Gelatin — 16 g
  • The chocolate chips and cranberries — for decoration
  • Note

  • 1. Cookies grind in a blender, mix with melted butter.
