Curd cake with meringue and fruit

This wonderful cake recipe on Anini I made for my birthday, I and the guests were delighted! Anna prepared a cake with strawberries, but strawberries good winter we did not find, so I decided to make a cake with oranges and cherries actually frozen. Ingredients

  • Dough:

  • Meringue:
  • Egg protein — 2
  • Powdered sugar — 60 g
  • Filling:
  • Cheese — 300 g
  • Cream (33%) — 300 ml
  • The sugar — 3 tbsp. l

  • Note

  • 1. Eggs and whisk the yolks with the sugar in a lush white foam. Separately mix flour, starch, baking powder and sieved to the dough. Mix and put in a greased with butter form.   • 2. Let cool completely Ready cake and cut into 2 parts. Whisk heavy cream with the sugar, add the cheese. My fruit or berries, chop, add to the cream and stir.
