The chicken in sauce piri — piri — a fragrant, juicy, spicy with a hint of spicy dish. This recipe is fully reflects the style of Jamie — very simple, quick, fragrant and delicious. Ingredients

Zest of 1 lemon

White wine vinegar — 2 tablespoons

Paprika — 1 teaspoons

Salt and pepper — to taste

A bunch of basil — 1

Note

1. Chicken rub the meat with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown. In a blender grind the basil, onion, garlic, paprika, lemon zest and juice with oil, vinegar and chili.

2. Add 1 \ 3 cups of water and stir. Put the chicken in the pan, pour the sauce and send in a preheated 200 degree oven, bake 10 — 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
