Cottage cheese with strawberry sauce shells

This is very tasty, tender and light dessert. The recipe I found at La Perla, but has introduced some changes, thanks to her very much. Dessert is also easy to prepare, so they please their loved ones not be easy, you will not regret it:).


Ingredients

  • Cheese — 250 g

  • Yogurt — 150g
  • Vanilla pod — 1

  • Note

  • 1. milk is heated to a warm (but not hot state) and add the gelatin was allowed to swell according to the instructions.
